Assign users to each task
Link tasks to specific projects
Smart buttons for quick navigation
View task details with PO reference
Create all tasks with one click
Open Purchase module and select a Vendor
Add Products and assign a User.
Click on Create Task button. then Go to the Task smart button (top right) to view tasks
Select a Task
assign a Project , Purchase Order ID will be visible
Task will now be visible in the system
Go to Request for Quotation → Click Project smart button in the header
See the list of Projects linked to tasks.
Open any project form view to see task details , task name & more info
Back in Request for Quotation, if multiple tasks are created ➤ Click Create All in One Task button.
The combined task will be shown in form view
