Auto Confirmation of Orders
Print Bill from Purchase Order
Print Invoice from Sale Order
Navigate to Sales → Configuration → Settings and check the box to automate sales order actions.
Check the "Confirm Quotation" option to automate sales order confirmation.
A Sales Order will be generated automatically after saving the quotation.
Activate the "Confirm Quotation" and "Create Invoice" options to automatically confirm orders and generate invoices.
Upon saving the quotation, it will be confirmed and a draft invoice will be created.
Enable the checkboxes "Confirm Quotation", "Create Invoice", and "Validate Invoice".
Saving the quotation will auto-confirm it and generate a posted invoice.
Enable the checkboxes "Confirm Quotation", "Create Invoice", "Validate Invoice", and "Print Invoices".
Saving the quotation will confirm it, create a posted invoice, and display the "Print Invoice" button on the Sales Order.
To automate Purchase Order actions, enable the relevant checkbox in Purchase → Configuration → Settings.
Enable the checkbox "Confirm RFQ".
Create an RFQ and save. A confirmed RFQ will be created("Purchase Order").
Enable the checkbox "Confirm RFQ".
