When a salesperson attempts to confirm a quotation with a discount exceeding 10%, the standard 'Confirm' button is blocked. Instead, they must click 'Request Approval'. The system then logs the request and notifies managers. Only an authorized Sales Manager will see the Approve Discount button to release the order.
