Go to Settings > Users & Companies > Users and open the user record then under the other section, enable the checkbox for "Access Odoo Log"
Only users who belong to the "Access Odoo Log" group will be able to View the "Odoo Logs" menu item in the main navigation, Access the log list view and form view, Analyze, filter, and inspect system-generated logs (Errors, Warnings).This role-based restriction ensures that sensitive log data is only visible to trusted roles, such as System Administrators, Developers or IT Support Staff
The Tree View provides a concise, tabular overview of system log entries. It includes essential information such as Log Level (e.g., Error, Warning), Timestamp and Summary
The Form View offers an expanded look at a single log entry selected from the list. It displays full context including Summary, Complete Log Message / Stack Trace, Log Level and Timestamp

This cron job is designed to automatically delete records older than a month, helping to optimize server space. You have the option to disable the scheduled action or adjust the duration to suit your requirements. By default, the cron deletes logs that are older than 30 days during its execution. If needed, you can modify the retention period to better align with your specific needs.
