1 Kanban View
Organize reports by status (Draft, Posted, Confirmed) using Kanban cards. Drag and drop reports between columns to change their status, and see all metadata at a glance including report type, period, tags, and author.
2 List View
Browse all reports in a sortable, filterable table format. Quickly view report titles, types, dates, authors, tags, and status. Use the default list view for efficient report discovery and management across your organization.
3 Form View
Create and edit reports with a rich HTML editor supporting headings, lists, tables, links, images, videos, and code formatting. Add cover images, tags, and summaries. Draft reports are fully editable; posted and confirmed reports become read-only.
5 Posted Report
Posted reports are read-only and locked from editing by regular users. Only Managers can edit posted reports by resetting them to draft status. This ensures published reports maintain their integrity and version control while allowing authorized managers to make corrections when needed.
6 Calendar View
Visualize reports on a calendar timeline organized by report date. Color-coded by author for quick identification. Easily spot report patterns, distribution, and timing across your organization's reporting calendar.
7 Analysis View
Analyze report metrics using pivot tables and bar graphs. Break down report counts by author, type, and period. Generate insights on reporting trends, usage patterns, and organizational reporting activity over time.
