Commercial License Agreement

This Odoo module, hereafter referred to as the "Software," is proprietary to OWL devRef.

By purchasing and using this Software, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. License Grant:
   - OWL devRef grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software.

2. Restrictions:
   - You may not distribute, sublicense, or sell copies of the Software to third parties.
   - You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.

3. Support and Updates:
   - This license does not include any support or updates. Support and updates may be purchased separately.

4. Warranty:
   - The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
   - OWL devRef does not guarantee that the Software will be error-free or meet your specific requirements.

5. Refund Policy:
   - Refunds are not provided for the purchase of this Software. Please evaluate the Software carefully before purchase.

6. Governing Law:
   - This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.
