User guide â Inventory Daily Report
Follow these steps to open the inventory daily reporting wizard, apply filters (including date range), and generate PDF or XLSX output.
1. Install and open reporting menu
- Go to Apps, remove the Apps filter, search Inventory Daily Report, and click Install.
- Open Inventory â Reporting â Inventory Daily Report.
- The wizard opens in a popup with all report filters.
2. Select filters
- Set from/to date range, products, categories, and internal locations as needed.
- Set companies if needed (multi-company).
- Enable Exclude zero quantities when you want only meaningful quantity lines.
3. Generate PDF report
- Click Print PDF after applying your required filters.
- Review columns such as company, location, product, internal reference, category, UoM, on-hand, and forecasted quantity.
- Use this for stock snapshot sharing and approvals.
4. Generate XLSX report
- Click Export XLSX for spreadsheet analysis and pivoting.
- The downloaded file includes daily inventory columns ready for sorting and filtering.
- Use the export for daily inventory tracking and internal reconciliation.
- Use the same filter set for both PDF and XLSX for consistent outputs.
5. Common use patterns
- Use To Date as the daily snapshot endpoint.
- Use From/To range to include only products/locations with activity in a target period.
- Use product/category/location filters to focus on selected inventory segments.
