Overview
This module provides a custom sales dashboard to visualize yearly sales data. It includes posted sales orders, unposted sales orders, and quotations, with dynamic data updates based on selected dates. You can view sales data for today (selected date), yesterday (day before selected date), last week (last 7 days ending day before selected date), last month (current month from 1st day to day before selected date), and last year (current fiscal year from July 1st to day before selected date), offering comprehensive insights into your sales performance. Main Screen
From the main screen, click on the "Sales Report" menu to get immediate access to a powerful and interactive sales report.
Selected Date
The "Selected Date" feature allows you to dynamically control the data displayed in the report. By choosing any date from the date picker, the dashboard will automatically recalculate and present sales figures for the specified periods (Today, Yesterday, Last Week, Last Month, Last Year), all relative to your selected date. This ensures you always have the most relevant and up-to-date insights tailored to your chosen timeframe.
Posted Sale Orders
This section of the dashboard provides a clear overview of your **Posted Sale Orders**. It displays the total value of all sales orders that have been successfully confirmed and fully invoiced within each specified period (Today, Yesterday, Last Week, Last Month, Last Year). This allows you to quickly assess your recorded revenue and analyze completed sales performance over various timeframes.
Unposted Sale Orders
This section focuses on **Unposted Sale Orders**, providing visibility into sales orders that are confirmed but have not yet been fully invoiced. It tracks the total value of these orders across the same flexible periods (Today, Yesterday, Last Week, Last Month, Last Year), giving you insight into your current sales pipeline and revenue awaiting final processing. This helps in managing cash flow and tracking potential revenue.
All Quotations
The **All Quotations** section provides a comprehensive view of all your pending sales quotations. It displays the total value of quotations across different timeframes (Today, Yesterday, Last Week, Last Month, Last Year), allowing you to assess your potential revenue and track the health of your sales pipeline even before orders are confirmed.
