The User Activity Dashboard module provides a clean and interactive interface to monitor user activity within the Odoo. This dashboard helps administrators track login sessions, calculate active hours, and visualize user engagement in real-time.

Active Users
Get a real-time view of all users currently online in your Odoo backend. The dashboard automatically updates to show who is actively logged in, helping managers monitor team availability with ease.
Filters
Quickly switch between Daily, Weekly, and Monthly views to analyze user activity over different time periods. Use the built-in date picker to jump to a specific day, week, or month with ease.
Daily Data
The daily view provides a breakdown of each user's activity on a specific day. You can see the number of sessions and total active time in hours and minutes. This helps identify individual performance and engagement for the selected date.
Weekly Data
The weekly view summarizes user activity across seven consecutive days. Each userâs login sessions and total working time are broken down by weekday, providing a clear view of their engagement throughout the week. At the bottom of each card, you can see the total hours worked during the selected week.
Monthly Data
The monthly view displays a full calendar grid with daily activity for each user throughout the selected month. This format gives administrators a broader picture of long-term user engagement, making it easier to identify attendance trends and work patterns.
