Manage addresses without back-office help

Portal customers often need to add invoice or delivery addresses themselves. This module extends the standard portal account page with tabs for each address type and a simple form to create linked sub-contacts on the fly. Every new address is automatically linked to the portal user’s partner record.

How to Use — Step by Step

Install the Module

Install Portal Contact & Address Manager. It depends on Portal and Website.

Open Portal Account Page

Log in as a portal user and go to /my/account. Address tabs appear below the standard details form.

Add a Contact Address

Open the Contact tab, click ADD, fill in the form and submit. The address type is pre-selected from the active tab.

Add a Delivery Address

Switch to the Delivery tab, click ADD, enter the shipping details and submit.

View on Portal & in Backend

The new address appears on the portal tab immediately and on the parent partner in the backend under Contacts & Addresses.

Contact General contact persons linked to the portal user
Invoice Billing / invoicing addresses for sales and accounting
Delivery Shipping addresses for orders and deliveries
