Edit hundreds of records in seconds

Updating the same field on many records one by one is slow and error-prone. Mass Update adds a smart bulk-edit action to any model you choose: simply select the records in the list view, pick one or more fields, set the new values and apply them all at once. Every change is recorded in a history log so you always know what was updated, when and by whom.

How to Use — Step by Step

Open Mass Update Configuration

Go to Settings > Technical > Mass Update > Configuration to manage which models allow bulk updates.

Add Models & Enable the Action

Add the object(s) you want to bulk-edit, then click the (+) button to add the Mass Update action to that model’s list view. Use (−) to remove it.

Select Records & Launch Mass Update

Open the model’s list view, tick the records you want to change, then choose Mass Update from the Action menu.

Choose Fields, Set Values & Update

In the wizard, add the field(s) to change, enter their new values and click Update — all selected records are updated instantly.

Review the History

Open Mass Update > History to see a log of every bulk update — model, date and the user who made the change.
