How to Set It Up — Step by Step
Install the ModuleOpen Apps, search for “Monthly Customer Smart Statement” and click Install. Required apps (Accounting, Sales, Mail) install automatically. |

Enable Auto Send & Pick the DayGo to Invoicing > Configuration > Settings, turn on Send Customer Statement, set the Statement Date (e.g. 1) and save. |

Let the Scheduler RunThe built-in Scheduled Action runs daily and, on your chosen day, generates and emails each customer’s statement automatically. Use Run Manually to trigger it any time. |

Send Manually (Optional)Open any customer in Contacts, click the Monthly Statement smart button, choose a date range in the wizard and then Print PDF or Send by Email. |
