Job Requisition Request Management

  • The module allows users to create, view, and manage job requisition requests.

  • It provides a tree view to list all the job requisition requests, displaying key information such as the job, reason, and status.

  • The form view allows users to input details like the department, job, description, reason, expected start date, and salary range.

Workflow and Approval Process

  • The module implements a workflow for job requisition requests, with the following states: "Draft", "Pending", "Approved", and "Rejected".

  • Users with the "Hiring Manager" role can submit job requisition requests in the "Draft" state.

  • Users with the "HR Recruitment" role can approve or reject job requisition requests in the "Pending" state.

  • Hiring managers can reset rejected requests back to the "Draft" state.

Notifications and Collaboration
