Overview
odoo App will provide Employee Overtime Management functionality.with one user you can specify multiple employee internally You can request many Overtime requests, Restrict employee overtime request, multiple employee load,overtime and payslip connected and many more features..
Feature
Create user for all employees need to create Requests only (overtime).
Overtime Request for Employee.
Notify To Hr Manager.
Approve Overtime By Hr Manager.
Set different Overtime Type.
Calculation based on overtime type like per day, hour.
Workflow Draft => Submit Request => Hr Approval => Done
Notify Employee when request is approved
Calculate approved overtime amount in payslip
Print employee overtime requests How To Work
Create user for all employees need to create Requests only (overtime) and give access to group "Operations Employee".
Open Request configurations menu under hr configurations to set user and password for requests employee
Login with the user created for all employees
Open "Requests" Menu and add your user and password for employee you need to create requests
Create new Overtime Request
Create New Overtime and submit request for manager (note the request will be recorded in chatter with the employee create)
Give Hr Manager access for group(Operation User) to can access Overtime requests and see all request
Approve Request Internally
Calculate Overtime In Payslip
