Overview

Optical Management app is a comprehensive solution designed to streamline and enhance the management of the employees, sales and purchase management of optical products,booking of appointments, and customer interactions regarding purchasing, enquiry and complaints within the app

Features of Employee Management

• Admin will be able to register employees and manage their records.

• Employees can view their assigned delivery/service task

Features of ‘Sales Management’

• Adding a product:

While creating a product, admin can specify product’s attributes such as brand, model, pricing, and if it is a category that comes under lens or not. If it is, there is an option to add lens specifications.
Admin can organize products into categories for easy catalog management. There are already default categories & subcategories in this app such as men, women, kids, etc. Admin can create extra categories too based on products.

• Sales:

There is an option to assign a driver for delivery, pick up and delivery.
Customers can view the status of the delivery from their portal.

Features of Appointment Management

• Appointment Scheduling:

Customers can effortlessly schedule appointments with optometrists for an eye test through the website by simply filling the form.
While booking an appointment available slots will be listed out dynamically for the customers to select.
Customers can either opt for in-house service (optometrists will visit customer’s resident) or in-store service (customer will visit store)

• Appointment Assignment:

Once a customer submits an appointment request, the optical shop management team will review the request and they will assign an available optometrist for the service.
Customers will get booked appointment status (approval/rejection) update via mail and they will be able to check the status from the website too.

Features of Help Desk Management

Help desk contains 2 sub functionalities from where customers do an enquiry about products, or register a complaint about service and products.

• Product Enquiry:

  • Customers can enquire about product-related details such as quantity, color variants, size, etc.

Complaint

Customers can register complaints for service or product issues.
Shop management team will review the complaint and contact the customer for the same.
Customer will get status updates about their registered complaint via mail.

A : After receiving the request from the customer, the store reviews it and assigns an optometrist for the appointment. Upon assignment, the customer receives an email containing details of the appointed optometrist, along with the appointment details. Simultaneously, the assigned optometrist receives the customer's information, appointment time, date, and type.
A : Products are delivered to customers by assigning a driver to pick up the product and deliver it to the customer who placed the order. The driver then updates the status to the store upon delivery.
A : Yes, you can track stock levels, manage purchase orders, and set reorder points for frames, lenses, contact lenses, and other optical supplies.
A : Yes, you can register a complaint or enquiry for a specific product. There are two models for handling complaints or enquiries. After reviewing your request, the store will contact the customer.
