Telegram Integration with Odoo Discuss Channels :

- Sync Odoo Discuss Channels With Telegram Channel/Group 

- Update Odoo Channel Members With Telegram Channel/Group (Suspend Members With Due Invoices > 1 Invoice)

- Every User Payment on Odoo Check if suspended and Activate If Due Invoices = 0
