Global Contact Search and Creation in All Views
This module provides a search bar accessible across all views , allowing users to quickly search for contacts without needing to leave their current view. Additionally, it enables authorized users to create new contact records directly from the search bar, based on permissions linked to their login credentials.
Step 1:
Open the User master from "Settings-Users & Companies"menu. In this section, enable the Search Bar Contact Creation option, as illustrated below. This setting allows users to create new contacts or partners.
Step 2:
The search bar allows users to quickly find contacts or partners by entering their name, phone number, or email address. It dynamically displays matching results, which can be selected using either the mouse or keyboard for easy access.
Step 3:
A new button for creating a contact has been added next to the search bar. This button appears dynamically and is only visible to users who belong to the required group, as illustrated in Step 1
