Tích hợp với Point of Sale (POS)

Để tích hợp PayOS với Point of Sale, bạn cần:

  1. Cài đặt module https://apps.odoo.com/apps/modules/17.0/pos_online_payment_qr_payos pos_online_payment_qr_payos
  2. Vào Điểm bán hàng > Cấu hình > Phương thức thanh toán
  3. Tạo phương thức thanh toán mới với loại là "Online Payment"
  4. Chọn cổng thanh toán PayOS đã cấu hình
  5. Bật tùy chọn "Sử dụng thanh toán QR"
  6. Đăng ký webhook PayOS để nhận cập nhật trạng thái thanh toán tự động

Tính năng này cho phép:

  • Tạo mã QR thanh toán tá»± động cho từng đơn hàng POS
  • Xác nhận thanh toán theo thời gian thá»±c thông qua webhook
  • Hiển thị trạng thái thanh toán trá»±c tiếp trên giao diện POS

PayOS Account Registration

To use this module, you need to register a PayOS account and obtain the necessary information

Basic steps:

  1. Register an account at https://my.payos.vn/login
  2. Verify your organization and connect your bank account
  3. Create a payment channel and obtain Client ID, API Key, and Checksum Key

Configuration in Odoo

  1. Go to Website > Configuration > Payment Methods
  2. Activate the PayOS payment provider
  3. Enter the information from your PayOS account:
    • Client ID: Customer identifier from PayOS
    • API Key: API key from PayOS
    • Checksum Key: Verification key from PayOS
  4. Select Sandbox mode if you want to test before actual deployment
  5. Save the configuration

Webhook Configuration

  1. In the PayOS configuration, you will see the automatically generated webhook URL
  2. Click the Register PayOS Webhook button to register the webhook with PayOS
  3. The webhook will help update payment status automatically when customers complete transactions

Point of Sale (POS) Integration

To integrate PayOS with Point of Sale, you need to:

  1. Install the pos_online_payment_qr_payos module
  2. Go to Point of Sale > Configuration > Payment Methods
  3. Create a new payment method with type "Online Payment"
  4. Select the configured PayOS payment provider
  5. Enable the "Use QR Payment" option
  6. Register PayOS webhook to receive automatic payment status updates

This feature allows:

  • Automatic QR code generation for each POS order
  • Real-time payment confirmation through webhook
  • Payment status display directly on the POS interface

Hướng dẫn này sẽ giúp bạn thiết lập và sử dụng module payment_payos trong Odoo để tích hợp cổng thanh toán PayOS.

Để thiết lập tài khoản PayOS, bạn cần đăng ký tài khoản tại: PayOS: https://my.payos.vn/login

1. Tổng quan về module

Module payment_payos tích hợp cổng thanh toán PayOS vào Odoo, cho phép bạn:

  • Chấp nhận thanh toán trực tuyến qua mã QR từ các ứng dụng ngân hàng
  • Tự động xác nhận đơn hàng khi thanh toán thành công
  • Nhận thông báo thanh toán thông qua webhook
  • Tương thích với hầu hết các ngân hàng tại Việt Nam
  • Tích hợp với Website Sale và Point of Sale

2. Cài đặt và Cấu hình

2.1. Đăng ký tài khoản PayOS

Trước khi cấu hình trong Odoo, bạn cần tạo tài khoản và lấy thông tin từ PayOS, có thể tham khảo link https://payos.vn/docs/huong-dan-su-dung/tao-tai-khoan-payos/:

  1. Truy cập https://my.payos.vn/login và đăng ký tài khoản mới nếu chưa có

  1. Sau khi đăng nhập, bạn sẽ vào màn hình chính -> chọn Tạo kênh thanh toán

  1. Điền thông tin kênh thanh toán và xác thực tổ chức của bạn
  2. Sau khi tạo kênh thanh toán, bạn sẽ nhận được các thông tin cần thiết: - Client ID - API Key - Checksum Key

2.2. Cấu hình trong Odoo

  1. Cài đặt module payment_payos
  2. Đi tới Website -> Cấu hình -> Phương thức thanh toán
  3. Kích hoạt cổng thanh toán PayOS
  4. Nhập các thông tin sau:
    • Client ID: Từ tài khoản PayOS
    • API Key: Từ tài khoản PayOS
    • Checksum Key: Từ tài khoản PayOS
    • Chế độ Sandbox: Bật nếu muốn kiểm thử

3.1. Cấu hình Website Sale

  1. Đi tới Website -> Cấu hình -> Cài đặt
  2. Đảm bảo rằng thanh toán trực tuyến đã được bật

3.2. Quy trình thanh toán

Khi khách hàng thanh toán trên website:

  1. Khách hàng chọn sản phẩm và tiến hành thanh toán
  2. Tại trang thanh toán, khách hàng chọn phương thức "PayOS"
  3. Hệ thống hiển thị mã QR thanh toán
  4. Khách hàng quét mã QR bằng ứng dụng ngân hàng
  5. Sau khi thanh toán thành công: - PayOS gửi thông báo qua đường dẫn callback - Đơn hàng được tự động xác nhận trong Odoo - Khách hàng được chuyển đến trang xác nhận đơn hàng

5. Xử lý lỗi và khắc phục sự cố

5.1. Lỗi kết nối

Vấn đề: Không thể kết nối với PayOS

Giải pháp: - Kiểm tra Client ID, API Key và Checksum Key - Đảm bảo kết nối internet ổn định - Kiểm tra log lỗi trong Odoo

This guide will help you set up and use the payment_payos module in Odoo to integrate the PayOS payment gateway.

To set up your PayOS account, you need to register at: PayOS: https://my.payos.vn/login

1. Module Overview

The payment_payos module integrates the PayOS payment gateway into Odoo, allowing you to:

  • Accept online payments via QR codes from banking apps
  • Automatically confirm orders when payment is successful
  • Receive payment notifications through webhooks
  • Compatible with most banks in Vietnam
  • Integrate with Website Sale and Point of Sale

2. Installation and Configuration

2.1. Register PayOS Account

Before configuring in Odoo, you need to create an account and get information from PayOS:

  1. Go to https://my.payos.vn/login and register a new account if you don't have one
  2. After logging in, you will enter the main screen -> select Create payment channel
  3. Fill in the payment channel information and verify your organization
  4. After creating the payment channel, you will receive the necessary information: - Client ID - API Key - Checksum Key

2.2. Configure in Odoo

  1. Install the payment_payos module
  2. Go to Website -> Configuration -> Payment Methods
  3. Activate the PayOS payment gateway
  4. Enter the following information:
    • Client ID: From PayOS account
    • API Key: From PayOS account
    • Checksum Key: From PayOS account
    • Sandbox Mode: Enable if you want to test
  5. Save the configuration

2.3. Configure Webhook

To receive automatic payment notifications from PayOS:

  1. In the PayOS configuration, you will see the automatically generated webhook URL
  2. Click the Register PayOS Webhook button to register the webhook with PayOS
  3. The webhook will help update payment status automatically when customers complete transactions

3. Using with Website Sale

3.1. Configure Website Sale

  1. Go to Website -> Configuration -> Settings
  2. Make sure online payment is enabled
  3. Save the configuration

3.2. Payment Process

When customers pay on the website:

  1. Customer selects products and proceeds to checkout
  2. At the payment page, customer selects "PayOS" method
  3. The system displays the payment QR code
  4. Customer scans the QR code with a banking app
  5. After successful payment: - PayOS sends notification via webhook - The order is automatically confirmed in Odoo - Customer is redirected to the order confirmation page

4. Integration with Point of Sale

To use PayOS in Point of Sale, you need to:

  1. Install the pos_online_payment_qr_payos module
  2. Go to Point of Sale -> Configuration -> Payment Methods
  3. Create a new payment method with type "Online Payment"
  4. Select the configured PayOS payment provider
  5. Enable the "Use QR Payment" option

5. Transaction Verification

5.1. View Transaction History

  1. Go to Website -> Configuration -> Payment Methods
  2. Open the PayOS configuration
  3. Click the Transactions button to view transaction history

5.2. Reconcile Transactions

To reconcile transactions between Odoo and PayOS:

  1. Go to Accounting -> Customers -> Payments
  2. Filter by payment method "PayOS"
  3. Compare with transaction reports from PayOS

6. Troubleshooting

6.1. Connection Errors

Issue: Cannot connect to PayOS

Solution: - Check Client ID, API Key, and Checksum Key - Ensure stable internet connection - Check error logs in Odoo

6.2. Webhook Errors

Issue: Not receiving payment notifications

Solution: - Check webhook configuration - Ensure webhook URL is accessible from the internet - Check if the webhook has been successfully registered with PayOS

6.3. Payment Errors

Issue: Customers cannot pay

Solution: - Check customer's internet connection - Ensure QR code is displayed correctly - Check if PayOS account is active - Check PayOS transaction limits
