The Sale Order Customer Balance Tracker functionality has been integrated into the Sales module in Odoo. The managing operations have been seamless. Each customer can have their own outstanding credits. Hence, the total of the outstanding credits for each particular customer is summed up. Moreover, the sum is displayed in the sale order template as balance making it working seamlessly with customers. This enhancement ensure secure and efficient management of sale operations, empowering teams to collaborate effectively and drive growth across the organization.
Sale Order Customer Balance Tracker Basic Setting
1. Click confirm to create sale order.
2. Invoice can be create when the sale order is confirmed.
3. If there are any alterations, invoice needs to be cancelled.
4. The outstanding credits of the corresponding customer will be displayed in the invoice.
5. In the sale order, there will be balance field displayed wherein the sum of all the outstanding credits will be displayed.
