Once You Install you will get the below feature's

Configuration
- Make sure the employee linked with portal user check and confirm
- Go to employee open their profile and then HR setting tab
- In the user select the portal user
- Next go to setting and user and companies--> click on groups make sure how developer mode activated
- Search OR Select the Group ['Custom Portal - Sales Access'] click on it to open
Remember only related assign group menu will be visible to the user
- Add user's in the oder line remember it will be the portal user
- Now log in with the portal user if not already, you will see the menu like below SS
- As I gave access to all groups that why all showing, it's as per your need
