Odoo Original Feature

  • [1] If cashier still on order cart, and waiter set some items to cart, cashier payment, will lose items of waiter
  • [2] If multi waiters ordering to 1 order, all items not add the same at waiters pos screen, them need click Back button for save order, and when go back, order items will difference. Example Waiter 1 and Waiter 2 take ordering at Table 1: waiter 1 add 2 items, and waiter 2 add 3 items, will true is total 5 items, but when Odoo original save, only have 2 or 3 items only. This is BIG PROBLEM
  • [3] current time, only one waiter/cashier take ordering on 1 order, How if you have big table, 10 12 guests join the table, 1 waiter will slow take ordering, and we NEED MANY WAITERS support CASHIER take ordering
  • [4] If have any another waiter add new order, floor screen not the same all waiters
  • [5] If waiter 1 ordering items and Print Kitchen Bill and leave POS Device, print action have not sync to another waiter, another waiter can Do AGAIN PRINT and make duplicate KITCHEN RECEIPT at KITCHEN ROOM
  • [6] If you transfer table and f5 (refresh browse / POS device), last transfer not save, it will missed
  • [7] Not Support Transfer Table and Split Order
  • [8] Not sync real time Guest number
  • [9] Not sync when change Pricelist
  • [10] Not sync change Customer

Module Supported

  • [*] Resolved all issue of Sync Restaurant of Odoo Original
  • [1] Sync realtime with multi waiter (add items) and cashier do payment
  • [2] Any change item quantity, discount, customer note will sync the same time
  • [3] 2 waiters or many waiters can ordering on 1 table, and all items , total amount … will the same on screen
  • [4] when any another waiter add new order, will sync to another waiter/cashier
  • [5] When any another waiter/cashier do print Kitchen Bill, will sync another waiter/cashier
  • [6] When change Pricelist/Customer will sync between waiters, cashier
  • [7] When any pay/remove order will sync realtime to another waiters/cashiers
  • [8] Any event change orders, will sync to another waiters/cashier realtime, make all orders the same at all waiters/cashiers
  • [*] WHEN OFFLINE MODE, no internet or disconnected to Odoo Server, 1 staff take order for only one Table [PLEASE NOTED]. Because module required internet for sync

We need to know if this synchronization is 100% provided from the backend? And it does not require cache in the browser?
