When amount exceeded the cash threshold or withdraw limit, cash box alert will popup.
POS Cash-In/Cash-Out Configuration
For allow cash-in and cash-out in POS you need to tick "Cash Control" in POS.
Opening Balance in Session
User have to set opening balance for point of sale session.
Put Money In(Cash IN)
User can see "Put Money In(Cash IN)" button on pos screen.
On click of button new wizard will open here user can enter amount and reason for put money in and click "Put Money In" button.
Take Money Out(Cash Out)
User can see "Take Money Out(Cash Out)" button on pos screen.
On click of button new wizard will open here user can enter amount and reason for take money out and click "Take Money Out" button.
Cash In-Out Statement
User can view and check Cash in and cash out transaction history from "Cash In-Out Statement" button on POS screen.
User can print cash in-out statement for specific cashier between selected date.
User can also check cash in-out transactions under Point of Sale > Reporting > POS Cash In Out menu.
Cash In-Out Journal Entry
After validating and closing point of sale session journal entry will created and posted for all cash in-out transaction.
POS Cash Threshold and Withdraw Configuration
Under POS configuration, User can set the cash threshold and cash withdraw limit.
Cash Drawer Alert Popup
When POS payment amount exceeded the cash threshold limit, Cash drawer alert should be popup.
User have option to take money out by clicking on 'Take Money Out' button.
Take Money Out(Cash Out)
User can enter amount and reason for take money out and click "Take Money Out" button.
When cash out amount exceeded the withdrawal limit, Warning raised.
Update Cash Withdraw Amount
User can update the cash withdraw amount from POS configuration.
Take Money Out(Cash Out)
User can enter amount and reason for take money out and click "Take Money Out" button.
