POS Cash Transfer Management
The module adds functionality to manage cash transfers at the end of POS sessions, including tracking the original and transferred cash amounts.
Features
- At the conclusion of POS sessions, the module adds capability to manage cash transfers, including tracking the original and transferred cash amounts.
- Provides a wizard for processing cash transfers and actions to view related payments.
- Includes validations to ensure sufficient funds for transfers and checks if the current session is the last closed session. Also checks for user permissions before confirming cash transfers.
- Allows setting the journal for POS cash transfers in settings, ensuring proper accounting treatment.
- Enhances the cash management capabilities of the POS system, providing better control and tracking of cash transfers.

POS Cash Transfer Management.
Simply choose Cash Transfer Journal (Cash or Bank) from the settings.
To enable the group to generate cash transfers, select "Allow POS session cash transfer" from the users menu.
From sessions you can choose last closed session to do cash transfer else validation massage appeared "Cash transfer is only allowed for the last closed POs Session" .
The cash transfer data journal and amount by default are taken from the ending balance, but you can modify this as well as the destination journal (Cash or Bank) when the cash transfer processing wizard appears.
With your cash transfer data, it will generate a draft Cash Transfer Payment after generating the Cash Transfer.
Confirm the Payment via Cash Transfer. You can display the Cash Transfer Payment Reconciled Items and journal entries.
Go to the POS session after the cash transfer cycle is complete to see the transferred amount and the ending balance that has reduced.
