Gift Product Configuration

User can create gift product by enable "Coupon Product" checkbox, It will visible only for service type product.

Barcode Options

Select Auto generated option and it will generate barcode automatically.

User can also give maximum amount and coupon amount. Remaining amount will calculate accordingly.

Print Gift Coupon

Gift coupon is available in PDF format.

Coupons in POS Screen

In point Of sale screen, User can see and apply coupon.

Select Coupon/Gift voucher code

Here you can enter automatically generated coupon code in POS sale order.

Apply Coupon/Gift Voucher Code

Here you can enter automatically generated coupon code in POS sale order.

Validate Coupon Code & Apply Discount

After entering gift coupon code,System validate the coupon code and apply coupon discount in POS order.

POS Payment Receipt

After done payment, see payment receipt.

Gift Coupons History

After using coupon and create pos order, remainig amount will updated. You can maintain the history of gift coupon's used in POS order.

Barcode Options

Select Manually Added option and User have to enter the barcode.

Barcode Validation

If user do not add barcode and try to save then it will generate validation.

Allow Gift Card Expiry Configuration

Go to point of sale settings and enable auto set expiry date in coupon.

Create Options for Coupon/Gift Voucher

User can create Gift Coupon From POS Screen.

Create a Coupon/Gift voucher

Go to coupon-> Create coupon. You can create a new coupon/gift voucher and user can see that expiry date is automatically set.

After successfully created the coupon you can print the coupon.

User can see printed Coupon with coupon code.

Created Gift Coupons List

User can see created gift coupons list.

User can see deatils of gift coupon created on pos screen.

Apply Coupons Discount on Taxed Amount

See Applied Coupons Discount on Taxed Amount in POS Screen.

Company configuartion

Uaser can add barcode manually and select the company. if comapny is not same as log in company then it will generate validation.

Company Validation

User can see generated company validation.

Invalid Amount

When user apply coupon code, if coupon amount is greater than order amount then it will rais validation error.

Customer Validation

We can not use any gift coupon if there is no customer selected. It will be raise Error popup.

Expiry date configuration

When expiry date is greater than issue date then it will raise validation error.

Maximum coupon limit

When coupon limit exceeded , it will raise validation error.

POS Order Validation

If product is not selected then It will be raise Error popup in POS.

Gift Coupon Validation

If gift coupon code is not valid then it will be raise Error popup in POS.

Maximum Amount Exceeded

When remaning amount is 0 and user applied coupon code then it will raise warning.

Coupon Expired

When coupon expiry date is finished then it will rais warning.
