POS Hide Product Rate
This module provides the following key features:
- Hide sensitive financial information such as cost price and profit margin from POS users.
- Restrict access based on employee permissions to ensure confidential data is secure.
- Seamless integration with Point of Sale and HR modules.
- Maintain a clean and professional POS interface by hiding unnecessary financial details.
- Protect company pricing strategies from unauthorized personnel.
- Easy to configure and manage employee access rights.
Install POS Hide Product Rate Module
POS Configuration
To hide price information for employees, go to POS Configuration in Settings and enable the Multi Employees Per Session option. This ensures that only authorized staff can view sensitive product financial details such as cost price and margin.
Set Employee Permissions
To manage product cost visibility in POS, open the Employee module and select the desired employee. Navigate to the HR Settings tab and enable Show Product Cost in POS to allow this employee to view product cost details. Disable the option to hide cost and margin information from the employee.
