Kitchen Sound Notification
Never miss a new ticket again. When an order enters your chosen preparation stage, the kitchen screen plays a notification sound - instantly, in the browser, with no external buzzer required.
- Per-display toggle - enable sound only where it matters
- Stage-based trigger - e.g. fire audio when orders hit "To prepare"
- Custom audio URL - use your own WAV/MP3 or the bundled notification

Configure under Point of Sale > Preparation Display. Browsers may block autoplay until the user taps the screen once.
Floor & Product Filters
Split a multi-floor restaurant into focused kitchen stations. Each preparation display can show only the orders and product lines that belong on that screen - grill, bar, dessert, or a dedicated floor.
- Floor - restrict to tables on one restaurant floor
- Products to include - extra items beyond POS category rules
- Products to exclude - hide specific dishes from this screen
- Products (all floors) - pull selected items from any table; on cross-floor orders only those lines appear

Kitchen Prep Time Dashboard
Measure real kitchen performance. Every time staff mark a line done, the module records duration from first appearance on that display until completion - then rolls it up into a rich OWL dashboard with KPIs and POS category zones.
