POS Restaurant Extension: Unlock Advanced Features for Your Restaurant POS

This module adds a comprehensive set of features to enhance the functionality of the POS system in restaurants. Each feature can be enabled and customized in the POS Shop Configuration settings, allowing you to tailor the POS experience to your restaurant's specific requirements. Additionally, certain user and employee restrictions can be set up within their respective forms.

• POS Customer Required Configuration

  Enforces customer selection before order payment based on payment methods, ensuring accurate order tracking and billing.

• POS Limited Customer's Configuration

  Limits customer selection to specific profiles, ideal for environments with a predefined customer base.

• POS Invoice Required Configuration

  Mandates invoice creation for every POS order based on payment methods, enhancing financial tracking and record-keeping.

• POS Close Popup Limited View Access Configuration

  Restricts access to certain popup functions, providing additional control over POS operations and sensitive information.

• POS Multi Currency Configuration

  Enables support for multiple currencies, making it easier to handle foreign transactions.

• POS Payment Change Configuration

  Customizes change management options to ensure accurate cash handling at the POS counter.

• POS Payment Reference Configuration

  Adds a reference field for each payment transaction based on payment methods, allowing easy tracking and auditing of payments.

• POS Kot Bill Configuration

  Supports Kitchen Order Tickets (KOT), enabling efficient communication between the POS and kitchen staff for order preparation. The kot button will print the receipt if the kitchen receipt is connected and also the odoo order button will also print the kot receipt and it will go to kitchen screen also.

• POS Service Charge Configuration

  Automatically applies a configurable service charge to orders, simplifying billing and ensuring consistent charge application.

• POS Order Tags Configuration

  Allows custom tags for orders, useful for identifying order characteristics, delivery types, or special requests.

• POS Receipt Stamp Configuration

  Allows custom paid stamp for orders receipt, useful for customers payment verifications.

• POS Maldives Mira Receipt Configuration

  Allows to print a fully fulfilled receipt with compliance with maldives mira requirements.

• User-wise POS Shop Restrictions

  Set POS shop access permissions for individual users directly in the User form, ensuring role-based access to POS locations.

• Employee-wise Restrictions

  Configure permissions on the Employee form, including settings for:

  • Allow Discounts in POS: Restrict or permit discount application by employees (Pin Based).
  • Allow Price Change in POS: Control employee access to manual price adjustments.
  • Allow POS Refunds: Enable or disable refund processing permissions for employees (Pin Based).
  • Max Discount in POS: Set a maximum discount limit to control unauthorized discounting.
  • Payment Restrictions: Allow To do the payment after kot based on the pos advanced and limited access of employees, so by this the advance person can make the payment and the limited person cannot click on the payment button of restaurant odoo. just can add new items or can create new order, this is added because in case of the waiter or cashier.

• Kitchen Orders Restrictions

  Configure permissions on the Employee form, including settings for kot restrictions and pin settings.

• Kitchen Orders Logs

  Logs will be enabled to manage the kitchen orders stages and changes fully like cancellations, deletions and each item deleted will need to be added as a internal log for better logging and understandings.
