Search,Filter & Group By
The Website Portal features a search bar and the ability to group sales, purchases, and invoices by customer.
Step 1:
Users can find a search bar on the website portal for sales orders, as depicted in the image below.
Step 2:
Users are provided with the option to group sales orders by customer.
Step 3:
Additionally, a search box allows users to search by customer and sales order number.
Step 4:
The website portal for quotations also features a search bar and the option to group by customer.
Step 5:
Similarly, the website portal for requests for quotations offers a search bar and the ability to group by vendor.
Step 6:
For purchase orders, users can utilize a search bar, group by vendor, and search by vendor and purchase order reference number.
Step 7:
Invoices on the website portal feature a filter by payment status option, as illustrated below.
Step 8:
Users can filter paid records by payment status, as demonstrated in the following image.
Step 9:
Similarly, records waiting for payments can be viewed using the filter by payment status option.
Step 10:
Additionally, users can search by Partner, invoice number, and group by Partner using the provided
search box.
