Pragtech Tailoring Management

The tailoring management app is highly beneficial for both tailors and customers. Tailors can efficiently manage orders and monitor the tailoring process, while customers can easily place orders and track their progress

Features of Tailoring Management

Tailoring management app allows to create and store detailed measurement profiles for each customer. These profiles include measurements for various parts of the body, ensuring accurate and consistent tailoring
The customer can effortlessly place orders through the website
Tailoring app often include an offline order, allowing customers to visit the company and Tailors can manage their order, ensuring efficient use of their time.
Tailors can track the tailoring progress of the current customer's order, from the start level to final level. This feature helps manage workflow and ensures that orders are completed on time.
To streamline financial operations, tailoring management app provides tools for creating and sending invoices to customers

Configuration process

In the configuration settings, there are five options: cloth type, measurements, fabric, feedback, and delivery. Cloth types, measurements, and fabrics can be configured in this section. When customers provide feedback, the admin can view all the feedback here.

Ordering process through website

The ordering process

Customers are able to see the list of products with their attributes and values and able to purchase it

Customer can continue with the shopping by clicking on the button “continue shopping” add the measurements for the product

After adding the measurements proceed to check out and complete the payment process

Once the payment process has been completed it will confirm the order

Confirming order

Once the order is confirmed the admin also able to assign tailor for the particular product

When the tailor is completing the stitching work, product will ready to deliver

The tailor is able to update the progress of the work by clicking on “start” and “Finish” button

When the tailor is completing the stitching work, the product will be ready to deliver and send an email to the customer with an OTP.

The admin will be assign the driver for the delivery and validate the delivery

The driver will deliver the product and collect an OTP from the customer which is already sent to the customer through mail.

Adding Feedback

The customer can provide feedback about the company. customers can utilize a key feature push-to-talk here.

The admin is able to create quotation for the product The admin clicks on the 'measurement' button to add the customer's measurements

After adding the measurements admin will confirm the order

After confirming the order, an invoice is created and then confirmed

Click on the “Register payment” button to complete the payment of the product

admin also able to assign tailor for the particular product

The tailor is able to update the progress of the work by clicking on “start” and “Finish” button

When the tailor is completing the stitching work product will ready to deliver

The admin will be assign the driver for the delivery and validate the delivery

The driver will deliver the product and collect an OTP from the customer which is already sent to the customer through mail.
