Import Orders Based on the status in the WooCommerce

Added a new dropdown menu in the import order wizard, which lists all the states present in WooCommerce, select one from that and click the import orders button below, as a result, it will import records that are in the state that we selected

Option to set either default Odoo sequence or WooCommerce order sequence while importing order

Added a new checkbox for choosing the sequence of records that are imported from WooCommerce. i.e. when we select that checkbox and click the button below “Import Orders”, then the imported records show the sequence as WooCommerce ID otherwise it shows the sequence as Odoo default sequence number itself.

Import Orders based on the status coming from the order response

Based on the status of the WooCommerce API response (pending, paid, invoiced), records will be created in Odoo as follows:

• If the order is pending, it will be created as a quotation.
• If the order is done, it will be made into a sales order.
• If the order is invoiced, the quotation will be confirmed and an invoice created.
• If the status is paid, the payment will be recorded.

Update Order Status from Odoo to WooCommerce based on the delivery order is validated

Changed the state of an order through delivery validation will reflected in woo commerce also, ie while we validate a delivery order in Odoo then its state is changed to complete in both Odoo and WooCommerce.

Cancel Order from Odoo to WooCommerce

Created an Order in WooCommerce and its status is ‘completed’

Import the order into Odoo and click the cancel button

Cancel Order, refund order from WooCommerce to Odoo - real-time (using webhook)

Import/Export Stock

1. Quantity on Hand will get updated while importing products based on the company configured for each instance
2. Import stocks of each product from WooCommerce based on the company set in instance
3. Exported Stock for selected products based on the company set on the instance
4. Exported stocks all together at a time from Odoo to WooCommerce based on the company configured in instance
