Getting Started

Is this application compatible with both Odoo Enterprise and Community editions?

Yes, the application is fully compatible with Odoo Enterprise (On-premise and Odoo.SH) as well as Community. Please note that Odoo Online (Cloud) does not support the installation of third-party apps, so this app cannot be installed on Odoo Online.

Which versions of PrestaShop are supported?

The connector supports PrestaShop 1.7.x and 8.x. It communicates with your store via the PrestaShop Web Service (REST API) using an API key generated in your PrestaShop back office.

How many PrestaShop instances can I manage within Odoo?

You can connect as many PrestaShop stores as needed in your Odoo. Each store is configured as a separate marketplace instance with its own credentials, language, currency, warehouse, and configuration.

How do I generate an API key in PrestaShop?

In your PrestaShop back office, navigate to Advanced Parameters → Webservice, enable the PrestaShop Webservice, and click Add new webservice key. Grant the required resource permissions (products, combinations, categories, customers, orders, order_details, stock_availables, carriers, currencies, countries, states, images) and paste the generated key into the Odoo PrestaShop instance configuration.

Does your app sync/import Listings with SKU only?

You can configure the product matching to use Barcode, SKU (reference) or both. Your Odoo and PrestaShop listings must not have duplicate SKU or Barcode values.

How can I handle product pricing using the integration?

The integration enables you to synchronize prices from Odoo to PrestaShop using a pricelist. You can set up a pricelist for each PrestaShop instance in Odoo and then update the prices to PrestaShop through the designated pricelist. Importing prices from PrestaShop to Odoo is also possible, but note that these prices will be imported into the pricelist and not directly to the product.

How can I handle inventory updates using the integration?

The integration enables you to update inventory from Odoo to PrestaShop, either manually or automatically through scheduled actions (cron job). In Odoo, stock levels are automatically adjusted based on the imported orders.

We offer free support for the initial 60 days after the purchase date. Beginning from version 17, each app version will be sold separately.
