If you have multiple pricelists applied to various customers, these pricelists may contain similar price rules.
Typically, it would take a lot of time to create these identical price rules for multiple pricelists.
With this app, you can create price rule templates and apply them to different pricelists.
This app will help you save over 80% of the time spent creating price rules. It's easy for management of price rules in a consistent manner.
You can simultaneously define price rules for 'All Products', 'Product Category', 'Product Template', 'Product Variant', and apply these price rules to multiple pricelists.
List features:
1. Defining multiple price rules within 1 template.
2. Apply price rule template to multiple pricelists.
3. Simply updating the price rule template will also update the associated pricelist items accordingly.
4. When archiving a price rule template, the associated pricelist items will also be archived.

Example 1: Create a price rule tempalte.
1.1 Select Price Rule Templates item menu.
1.2 If the options 'All Products', 'Product Category', 'Product Template', 'Product Variant' are checked, the corresponding tabs below will appear.
1.3 You can select multiple product categories, after defining price computation.
1.4 You can select multiple product templates, after defining price computation.
1.5. You can select multiple product variants, after defining price computation.
Example 2: Applly price rule template for multiple pricelists.
2.1 After defining the price rule, select the pricelists you want to apply it to. The example below will select 2 pricelists: 'Benelux' and 'EUR Group'.
2.2 Click on 'Apply Pricelist' button. The pricelist items will be automatically created for the 'Benelux' and 'EUR Group' pricelists.
2.3. If you want to update pricelist items, you only need to update price template and Click on 'Apply Pricelist' button again, then pricelist items will be updates
Example 3: When archiving a price rule template, the associated pricelist items will also be archived.
3.1 Sometimes you may want to archive pricelist items to apply new ones based on a specific event. For example, during Christmas, you might have different pricelist items compared to regular days.
By default, Odoo does not allow you to archive pricelist items.
But with this app, you only need one click, then you can archive all pricelist items which are created from the price rule template.
3.2 After click on 'Deactivate Template' button. All pricelist items in pricelist 'Benelux' and 'EUR Group' will be archived.
3.3 If you want to reuse archived pricelist items. You only need to click on 'Activate Template' button
