Delivery Configuration
Configure the delivery rules by defining weekly working days (0 = Monday, 6 = Sunday) and adding specific holidays on which deliveries should be skipped. The subscription engine automatically calculates the next valid delivery date by excluding holidays and non-working weekdays.

Creation of Product
Create subscription-based products by enabling the recurring option and defining the billing period, plan type, and working-day delivery rules. Each product can have its own delivery configuration, quantity logic, and pricing model depending on the subscription plan.

Easily update the recurring price of an existing subscription product without affecting previously generated orders. Changes to pricing, billing cycles, or delivery frequency are applied only to new subscriptions, ensuring smooth transitions and accurate invoicing for customers.
Sale Order Overview
A clear overview of the sale order showing customer details, subscription product, pricing information, and delivery configuration. Users can verify all subscription settings before confirming the order.
Create Invoice & Make Payment
After confirming the sale order, an invoice is generated. Once the invoice is paid, the system automatically prepares the subscription delivery based on working days and holidays.
Paid Status Ribbon - By Default
When the invoice is paid, the sale order displays a clean "Paid" ribbon at the top, indicating that the order is fully processed and ready for delivery generation.
Delivery Generated (Smart Button)
Once payment is completed, a delivery order is automatically created. The smart button on the sale order lets the user quickly view and manage the generated delivery.
Delivery Orders List
A list of all automatically generated deliveries based on the subscription logic. Each record shows the delivery date, customer, status, and other essential details for easy tracking.
Subscription Inventory Menu
A dedicated menu in the Inventory module for managing all subscription-based deliveries. It provides complete visibility of upcoming, completed, and pending deliveries, along with additional powerful tools like Today's Delivery, Delivery Reports, and Bulk Cancellation to manage operations efficiently.
