Timesheet governance
Lock entries older than 2 days. Restrict logging to 08:00–17:00. Cap at 8 hours per day. HR Managers and Admins bypass all rules.
3-level approval chain
Sequential QC → PMO → Client approvals per task. Each step requires the previous. Only the designated approver per project can sign off.
Real cost calculation
Calculates employee hourly cost from confirmed payslip net wage ÷ actual attendance hours. Writes the real cost to every timesheet line.
Performance bonus engine
Classifies tasks into 6 performance classes. Automatically calculates bonus or penalty per employee per timesheet line.
Contract management
Stores contract value, dates, and duration. Sends an automatic overrun alert to the PM whenever project dates exceed the contract deadline.
Deadline notifications
Daily scheduled action sends chatter messages, Odoo activities, and emails for overdue tasks and tasks due tomorrow — duplicate-safe.

Revenue tied to client approval
Only client-approved tasks count toward the project's total revenue. Partial approvals stay pending until the full chain is complete.
Six rules that protect your data
Every timesheet entry is validated against these rules before it is saved. HR Managers and System Administrators are always exempt.
Six performance classes, fully automated
Tasks are classified automatically based on progress vs. planned hours. Bonuses and penalties are computed per employee per timesheet line — no manual intervention needed.
