Save message as draft to send later
| Description
This module extends the Mail Message Easy App with the ability to save messages as drafts.
Each time you open new mail compose wizard from the same record (e.g. CRM Lead)
and press "Save & Close" new draft is created.
But if you press "Save & Close" while sending you message from drafts,
draft you are sending from will be overwritten.

Hint: You can have several drafts per one record!
| Usage
To Save Draft Message
- Go to the Messages App -> Messages
- Select a message to "Quote"/"Forward" or "Compose New"
- On the Message Composer Wizard:
- Press the "Save" button to save the current message as a draft
- Press the "Save & Close" button to save the current message as a draft and close the Composer
Note: The draft is updated every time you press the "Save" button
To Save Another Draft Version For The Message
- Go to the Messages App -> Messages
- Select a message you have "Quoted"/"Forwarded" before
- Press the "Save" button to save the current message as a draft
- Press the "Save & Close" button to save the current message as a draft and close the Composer
To Restore Messages From The Draft
- Go to the Messages App -> Messages
- Select a message you have "Quoted"/"Forwarded" before
- Press the "Restore From the Draft" button
- Select your draft message in the "Draft Version" field
- Check your message and click the "Select" button
- The Draft message will be restored in the Message Composer
To Overview Draft Messages
- Go to the Messages App -> Messages
- Select a Draft Message
- You can edit the message and send it directly from the draft
| Configuration
- Navigate to Messages -> Settings -> General Settings
- Find Behavior when sending a draft configuration
- Remove all drafts: removes all drafts for record that currently exist when sending a message based on a draft
- Remove current draft: removes only the draft on which the message is based
Note: the removed drafts can't be restored after the message is sent
