Features
You send your RFQ to your vendor. They preview it, they input the prices and sign online!
The vendor previews directly on your website
On the purchase form view, click on 
to open the preview screen
The vendor inputs the unit price for each product
Input the unit price for each product...
The total amount will be computed immediately
Whenever the order is confirmed, the vendor cannot update the unit price anymore.
Sign & send the quotation
Your vendor have to click on the button 
Then, sign and send the quotation
Check your purchase order in the backend view, its value is affected immediately. And, there is a note "Quotation is sent by Ready Mat" to let you know that your vendor have sent the quotation
Check your vendor's signature
You can check your vendor's signature in the "Quotation online" tab
It lets you know who has signed and when!
