- This module is useful to manage company service.
Features
You send your RFQ to your vendor. They preview it, they input the prices and sign online!

Install the module Odoo Vendor Portal: Sign Purchase RFQ Online UCS.
Open and add a New Purchase Order.
Click on Send by Email.
Click on Send button to send an email.
On the purchase form view, click on Supplier Preview to open the preview screen.
This will open a preview screen, where the vendor will edit the Unit Price and see the change in sub-price and total price and after that click on sign and send button.
Here, you have to write your name and then click on auto to generate the signature and click on Accept & Send.
Here, you can also draw your signature in the signature-pad and click on Accept & Send.
Check your purchase order in the backend view, its value is affected immediately. And, there is a note "Quotation is sent by Vendor" to let you know that your vendor have sent the quotation.
You can check your vendor's signature in the "Quotation online" tab, It lets you know who has signed and when!.
