I was redirected here to check for payslip payment

This is like the OCA implementation, but I still cannot discover where to make payments to the employees.
The example in the picture doesn't apply to the general accounting principles in my country.
Here we Process Salaries first by debiting the Expenses Accounts related to the workforce (accounts 631xx and 632xxx) while crediting the IRS, SS and the Staff AP accounts (employees' social obligations) related to deductions the workforce has to make.
In the second step we Process the company's Social Obligations by debiting the 635xxx Expense accounts  and again crediting the SS (245xxx) accounts. With this app this is where we confirm the payslips and all accounts are moved accordingly and it is OK.
Only then, sometimes a few days later, do the companies Process the third step of this process which is the payouts of the NET salaries to the empolyees and the payments to  the IRS, SS. This is the step that I cannot find in the app.
How do we execute the payments so that the account moves are correct by crediting the bank accounts and debiting the various other class 2 accounts and as such have the whole process balance out?
Thanks
