Sending an Email to the Customer with a Delayed Quotation
Key Highlights
Automated Date Calculation
Expiry date is automatically calculated based on the user's expected days.
Automated Reminder
Automatically email customers if the quotation has expired or the follow-up date has been reached.
Provide an option to include email templates and set a Follow-up reminder for a day after sending an initial Quotation to address any irresponsiveness.
Template for Quotation Followup.
Automatically verify and address unresponsive Quotations by sending emails on a daily basis.
We can set Quotation Expiry Days in Orders > Customers > Sales & Purchase.
While we can establish a global Expiration Date applicable to all Customers, we also have the option to set a mail template.

Expiration reminder emails are sent daily for Quotations that are nearing expiry.
