A customer has submitted a request to schedule a service appointment

An appointment is generated based on the customer's request

After the appointment is confirmed, a job sheet will be generated for it.

Once the job sheet is confirmed, an invoice can be issued.

A payment request link is sent to the customer, allowing them to complete the payment.

Targeted Customers For this Application

This feature is especially valuable for businesses that offer health care services as their primary product.

Health Care -> Service

Services are configured as serviceable product types within the Service menu and the equipments and consumables which are used for the services, will also be mapped against the service.

Health Care -> Resource Management

Vehicle, Equipments, Consumables, Care taker, and Drivers are the resources which can be managed and utilized.

Health Care -> Departments

In your organization, the requested service is categorized under its respective department. For example, chemotherapy is assigned to the Chemo Department. Number of available resources in that particular department can also be captured. Departments are created accordingly to organize and manage these services.

User Configuration

When the user is considered as appointment administrator or driver or care taker, they will ask for permission to allow notification related to the task allocation. Once they are confirming the notification, whenever they are allocated to the jobsheet, they will get the system notification as metioned below.

Health Care -> Appointments

Appointments can be created according to the request of customer for a service. When they are confirming the appointment, job sheet will be created against the customer for service only if there is an available resource in a department.

Health Care -> Appointment -> Job sheets

Under job sheet, we can see the various actions which will be used for the tracking purpose of the appointment. We can see the number of resources available for the next appointment. they will be auto-fetched on the allocate button action.


Once they are confirming the notification, whenever they are allocated to the jobsheet, they will get the system notification as mentioned below.

Once Service appointments are allocated for an employee, they can see their schedules along with the time.

Job Sheet Tracking

Appointment Status -> Allocation -> On-consultation -> Completion -> Available for next visit

1. Different appointment status of job sheet can also be tracked using this module. 2. On opening the job sheet, we can able to see the quotation created for service. By confirming the quotation, invoice can be created from the job sheet directly

3. On-consulting, internal transfer will be created for the tracking purpose of goods. While completing the service, a return transfer will be created replace the goods in our location. When they reached back to our location, the equipments, vehicles, care taker and driver are marked as available and ready for next visit.

Health Care -> Appointment -> Job sheet -> Invoice -> Payment

Direct payments can be done by sharing the payment link to the customer for the created invoice.
