Use Cases
Tracking of stages include in the recruitment process.
Holding of job position and reason
Restricting the creation of application for holding the job position and allowing only HR admin to edit the applications.
Hold by and the reason will be captured in the log for the future reference
Recruitment -> Configurations -> Stages
We can include the number of rounds which will be happen in that stage. for example: in the initial qualification interview, there will be aptitude and HR round as mentioned in the image
Recruitment -> Applications -> All applications
Whenever the stage of an application is changed, HR can select any of the statuses associated with that stage.
Recruitment -> Applications -> By job positions
We can see the positions which are on hold and reopened. For hold job position, there will be no option to create new application from the kanban view
Hold reason need to be captured while holding the job position
Hold by and the reason will be logged.
It will not allow to create a new application for the hold and can't able to edit the existing form if they are not a recruitment admin.
