Product Catalog for Odoo
This Odoo module extends the product catalog feature to Customer Invoices and Inventory Transfers, offering a user-friendly, POS-style product selection interface to improve speed and accuracy in product entry.
Effortless Integration, Enhanced Accuracy
Odoo natively provides a Product Catalog feature for apps like Sales, Purchases, Manufacturing, and Repairs. This catalog presents products in a visual, card-style interface, enabling users to search, filter, and select products efficiently.
This module brings the same experience to the Invoice and Inventory modules by integrating a Catalog button into the Invoice Lines and Transfer Operations tabs. Users can browse all available products, view product details (image, reference, quantity, attributes), and quickly select items for entry, mimicking a retail-like point-of-sale interaction.

Detailed Features
Set Up
To begin with, have the Product Catalog Module downloaded on your system. For its proper setup, go through the steps below.
Firstly, you need to install the Product Catalog App from Odoo Apps. It's easy to locate, just search for the name, you can identify it with the product catalog icon. Ta-da, you are ready to go!!
Apps >> Product Catalog >> Activate
Invoice Product Catalog Work Flow
For creating a Invoice Go to Accounting > Customers > Invoices.
Create a new invoice or open an existing one.
In the Invoice Lines tab, click the Catalog button
You can see the kanaban view of products. Browse and add products as described above. You can use the sidebar or search to filter products.Click a product card to add it (1 unit per click). Use + / - buttons or type the desired quantity.
Click Back to Quotation - products will be added to the form automatically.
You can see the selected products are added inside the Invoice.
Transfer Product Catalog Work Flow
For creating a Transfers Go to Inventory > Operations > Transfers.
Create a new transfer or open an existing one.
In the Operations tab, click the Catalog button.
You can see the kanaban view of products. Browse and add products as described above.
Click Back to Quotation to return and review the line items.
You can see the selected products are added inside the transfer.
