You can check the property's location on Google Maps using "Locate" button. Additionally, within the description tab, you have the option to provide a detailed description of the property

In the Image section, you have the option to upload additional property images and provide each with a title and description

In the Measurement section, you can input your area and its dimensions in feet. The total square feet of the property is automatically computed

In the Facilities section, you have the ability to set up the facilities available at the property

In the Nearby Connectivity section, you can add nearby connections and their respective distances from the property

Property Sale

Navigate to Property Sale under Property and create property sale order

Once the property sale order is generated, you have the option to confirm it. Additionally, you can include broker details and commission plans if applicable. Finally, you can proceed to create an invoice for the property sale

You can also generate a commission bill for the broker associated with the property

Property Rental

Navigate to Property Rental under Property to create property rental order

You can make a contract for the property and the invoice will be made automatically. Additionally, you can add any bills if necessary, and view the upcoming invoice date.

Property Auction

Navigate to Property Auction under Property to create property auction record. Then, you can confirm and initiate the property auction

Finally, you can conclude the auction, with the highest bid being accepted as the final price. You can then proceed to create a property sale order directly from here.

Blocklisted Contact

To blacklist a contact, navigate to "Customers" and select "Customers." Then, simply click on the "add to blacklist" button.

To view blacklisted contacts, go to "Customers" and then select "Blacklisted"

Error Massage

When confirming an order with a blacklisted contact, a popup message will appear.

To print the sales report, navigate to Reporting and select Sales Report
