Refurbishment Factory - HR Payroll variable
Calcule une prime mensuelle par technicien atelier selon :
- Nb unites finalisees (state='ready' ou 'sold' atelier).
- Taux retour SAV (objectif < 5%).
- Taux SLA respectes (objectif > 90%).
- Note moyenne sous-traitant (si tech gere ordres ST).
Formule simple parametrable : prime = base * (units_done / target_units) * quality_multiplier
- Modele refurb.payroll.config : barème societe.
- Modele refurb.payroll.entry : entree mensuelle par tech.
- Cron mensuel : calcule au 1er du mois suivant.
