Reverb Odoo Connector

Create Reverb Instance In Odoo

Click on the create button to create a new instance

Once Instance is created, you can select the instance from the dropdown. You are able to see configurations for instance now.

Import products from Reverb to Odoo
Select Instance ,choose Import Products under Select Operations and click on Execute. This action will redirect you to the corresponding operation report which will be in a pending state by default.

Click the 'Process Report' button to initiate the report processing. Once the operation is complete, the status will be updated accordingly.

Products are imported from Reverb and you can see the status Processed.

Now, we can observe the imported products in Odoo

Sync Products Details from Reverb to Odoo

Click the 'Process Report' button to initiate the report processing. Once the operation is completed, the status will be updated accordingly

Products are synchronized from Reverb and you can see the status as Processed.

We can now verify that the product details, such as inventory (on-hand quantity), product image, price, and other information, are correctly reflected in the Product master.

Import Orders
Select 'Instance' ,choose 'Import Orders' under 'Select Operation,' and click 'Execute.' This action will redirect you to the corresponding operation report, which will be in a pending state by default.

Click the 'Process Report' button to initiate the report processing. Once the operation is completed, the status will be updated accordingly.

Orders have been imported from Reverb within the date range provided, and you can observe that the status is 'Processed'.

Now, we can observe the imported Orders within the date range

Sync orders status from reverb to Odoo.
Select 'Instance,' choose 'Sync Orders' under 'Select Operation,' and click 'Execute.' This action will redirect you to the corresponding operation report, which will be in a pending state by default.

Click the 'Process Report' button to initiate report processing. Once the operation is complete, the status will be updated accordingly.

Orders are synchronized from Reverb and you can see the status as Processed.

Now observe that the status of quotations has changed to the Cancelled state.

Select the Reverb Instance from the configuration, and click on CONFIGURATION.
Schedule Import Order
Choose the Schedule Import Order option from the Cron Operation Wizard.
Additionally, select the Interval Unit for Import Order, Next Execution for Import
Order, set the Order Interval time, and finally, click on EXECUTE.

We can now verify that the Next Import Order Execution Date and the Last Order Import Date are correctly reflected after running the cron. When running the cron for the first time, there will not be a Last Order Import Date, and it is taken as seven days before the Next Import Order Execution Date by default.

We can observe that all orders are imported within that date range specified in the operation wizard.

Schedule Order Sync
Choose the Schedule Order Sync option and Select the Interval Unit for Sync Order, Next Execution for Sync Order, set the Order Sync Interval time, and finally, click on EXECUTE.

We can now verify that the Next Order Sync Execution Date and the Last Order Sync Date are correctly reflected after running the cron. When running the cron for the first time, there will not be a Last Order Sync Date, and it is taken as seven days before the Next Import Order Sync Execution Date by default.

Now from the Reverb Operation Report we can observe the synchronised orders and the state will be Processed. This will Provide the orders in the cancelled state within the specified date range.

Schedule Product Sync
Choose the Schedule Product Sync option and Select the Interval Unit for Sync Product, Next Execution for Sync Product, set the Product Sync Interval time, and finally, click on EXECUTE.

We can now verify that the Next Product Sync Execution Date and the Last Product Sync Date are correctly reflected after running the cron. When running the cron for the first time, there will not be a Last Product Sync Date, and it is taken as seven days before the Next Product Sync Execution Date by default.

Now, in the Reverb Operation Report, we can observe the synchronized products, and their state will be marked as 'Processed.' Additionally, some of the products may be in the 'Done' state since we imported the orders. To import the remaining products, click on the 'REPROCESS' button.

Auto Sales Workflow
The Auto Sales Workflow enables customers to create sale orders directly. Selecting 'Confirm Quotation,' 'Create & Validate Invoice,' and 'Register Payment' will generate a sale order and an invoice in a paid state.

Now add the Auto Sales Workflow in the configuration and then Import the Orders

After importing orders, check the quotations. You will observe that the quotation has transformed into sales orders, and an invoice has been generated, indicating that it is in a paid state.

Yes, the app works perfectly well with Odoo Enterprise (On-premise and Odoo.SH) as well as Community. Odoo Online (Cloud) does not allow installation of third-party apps and hence this app cannot be installed on Odoo Online.
