Auto Delete Abandoned Carts
Overview
The Auto Delete Abandoned Carts module is designed to help you automatically remove abandoned shopping carts (quotations) from public users after a specified number of days. This ensures that your sales database remains clean and optimized.
Configuration
To configure this module:
- Go to Website Settings.
- Under the Abandoned Cart Settings section, you will find options to enable or disable the auto-removal of abandoned carts for public users.
- You can also set the number of days after which abandoned carts should be automatically deleted.
Scheduled Action
The module includes a scheduled action that runs once a day. The action is named Auto Delete Abandoned Carts. This action automatically checks for any abandoned carts (quotations in draft state) that meet the deletion criteria and removes them from the database.
You can edit this scheduled action as needed by navigating to:
- Settings -> Technical -> Automation -> Scheduled Actions.
