Quick Start Guide
This app is pre-configured with status rules to automatically support 1 to 3 step warehouse routes. These statuses include:
- Not Ready to be picked: Reservation of products for the pick step of the order is pending.
- Ready to be picked: Products are reserved and are ready to be picked.
- Picking started: The pick step has been assigned to a user.
- Ready to be packed: Products are ready for the packing stage.
- Packing started: The pack step has been assigned to a user.
- Ready for delivery: The order is ready for the delivery step.
- Delivery complete: The order has been delivered.
To add or modify rules:
- Go to the Inventory app, access the Configuration menu, and select 'Fulfillment Status Rules'.
- Choose to create a new record or modify an existing one.
- Define the 'name' for the status.
- Set a domain for the rule's applicability.
- Choose a display color for the status.
- Save and arrange the rules logically by dragging them into the desired sequence.
The sales order and line will automatically update their status based on these rules when there's a change in the related move, or when a move needs action, is late, or someone is assigned to the transfer.
