Product Pricelist Email
Automate your product pricelist distribution with scheduled email delivery to customers. This powerful module enables you to send customized pricelists with stock levels, manage customer subscriptions, and control product visibility with advanced filtering options including brand exclusions and minimum price thresholds.
Features & Perks
- Automated scheduled pricelist email delivery to customers
- Conditional price visibility based on minimum threshold configuration
- Brand classification column in exports with brand-level exclusion settings
- Product-level exclusion control for inventory stock list mailings
Conditional Price Visibility Control
Configure a minimum price threshold (hide_price) for each mailing list. When generating pricelist documents, product prices below this threshold are automatically hidden rather than displayed. This feature allows you to maintain pricing confidentiality for low-value items while still including them in the product catalog. The system evaluates each product's pricelist price dynamically and applies the visibility rule during document generation.
Brand Classification Column with Exclusion Settings
Automatically include a 'Class' column in the second position of your exports, populated with brand name data from the product's brand classification. Configure brand-level exclusion settings on the Products Brands configuration page - when the exclusion checkbox is enabled for a brand, all products under that brand are automatically excluded from stock mailing lists, streamlining bulk product management.
Product-Level Inventory Stock List Exclusion
Gain granular control over product visibility in automated stock level emails with a dedicated exclusion checkbox. Located in each product's Inventory tab, the "Exclude from Inventory Stock List" option allows you to prevent specific products from appearing in any customer-facing inventory mailings. This feature provides product-level control independent of brand exclusions, enabling precise curation of which items appear in automated communications.

FAQs
How does the minimum price threshold work?
When you set a minimum price threshold in the mailing list configuration, any product with a price below that amount will display as "N/A" instead of showing the actual price in both the LDP and pricelist columns. This helps you control price visibility for lower-value items.
Can I exclude specific products or brands from the mailing lists?
Yes! You can exclude individual products by checking the "Exclude from Inventory Stock List" checkbox in the product's Inventory tab. You can also exclude entire brands by enabling the exclusion setting on the brand configuration page.
