- Enquiry Management: Users can create, view, and manage order inquiries, including details like the customer, products, and quantities.
- Order Lines: Each inquiry can have multiple lines detailing the products and their quantities.
- Sale Orders Integration: Convert inquiries into sale orders and manage them directly.

- Multiple Options: Choose how to add product lines based on various sources like specific sales orders, customer orders, or order inquiries. Multi-Order Handling: Add products to multiple sales orders in one go, streamlining the process for large or complex orders.

Usage
- Using the Sales Line Wizard:
- Select Criteria: Choose whether to add lines based on a specific sales order, a customer, or an order inquiry.
- Add Lines: The wizard will retrieve the relevant product lines and add them to your selected sales order or inquiry. You can also handle multiple orders at once if needed.
- Using the Product Add Wizard:
- Choose Order Type: Decide if you want to add products to a single sales order or multiple orders.
- Set Product Details: Enter product details like price, quantity, and taxes.
- Add Product: The wizard will create the necessary product lines in the selected sales orders, based on the details you provided.

Install Module "Sale Order Enquiry"
- Once the Module is installed , Navigate to the Sales Menu.

- Under the Orders Menu, User can Find the Order Enquiry option. Here you can Create a New Order Enquiry
- Once Order Enquiry Is created By default it will be Pending State, And User can View Pending ribbon


- While hitting "Add Lines" Button This will open a wizard add Product, Where user need to choose the Order Type,Sale Orders
- here is Two way to add Product
- Default Sale Order Way
- There is a Button Called "Add Lines"

- User can Select Customer ,enquiry date
- There are three order types to choose from
- Based On customer : Allows You to choose sale orders based on the Selected Customer in Order enquiry
- Based On Sales : Lets user can select Sales Orders
- Based On Order Enquiry : Enables User to choose sales Order that were created by an order enquiry.

You will also Find Additional Options Like "Multi Orders" And "Clear & Add Lines"
- By select Multi Orders,You can Choose Multiple Sales Orders at Once
- By Choosing Clear & add Lines, clicking create Lines Will clear the previous lines and add New Ones






- Once the Enquiry Process Is Done, User Can confirm the Order Enquiry By Clicking BY Confirm Button . Once Enquiry is Confirmed User can View Confirm ribbon and This will create the Sale Order
- If user Need to Recreate the Sale Order , Select "Multi Order" and Click The "Recreate Order" Button.Once Sales create User can View Smart Button "View Sales" with Count of Sales Orders Related to that Order Enquiry




- Additionally , There is a button to Product List and Kanban view, Allowing you to directly add Products to draft or sent state Sale Orders
