The Sale Sequence Module will modify the sequence based on the Sales Quotation / order based on Login users wise with Sales form status.
As per User Short code availability the Sale form sequence will generate.
Sale form state wise along with login user (if short code has mentioned) the sequence get appeared on the form. screen.
Sale form state wise (if short code has not mentioned in the user form)the sequence will generate only state wise and appeared on the form.

Once you add a short code for the user form, When User Creates sale Quotation entries User's short code along with SO Status will generate and appears in the Sequence order.
If the User's short code is available and the status of the Sales is updated
The Short code and SO Status will generate as sequence number in sales Order Form.
If the short code is not mentioned.
If the User's short code is not mentioned then the sequence will appear based on the status of the Sales, If draft status will appear as QTN.
If the short code is not mentioned and the status of the record is sale Order.
If the User's short code is not mentioned then the sequence will appear based on the status of the sale, If confirmed status will appear as SO.
